You could also call this:

"Extra costs for fishing services"

Illustration for Fisheries Act 1996

You are looking at a part of the Fisheries Act 1996 about cost recovery. This part does not stop other rules in the Act that require you to pay a fee, charge, or levy for conservation services or fisheries services. It also does not stop the recovery of costs for these services by other means, such as a levy under section 264. When the Minister recommends a fee, charge, or levy for these services, they do not have to think about your situation. The Minister cannot consider any deemed value payable or paid when recommending a fee, charge, or levy for these services. This means the Minister makes decisions based on other factors, not on what you can afford or have already paid.
