186UEffect of registration

  1. While a fish farmer's registration is current, the fish farmer and any employee or agent of the fish farmer may do any of the following things to the extent authorised by, and in accordance with terms and conditions of, the registration:

    1. possess, sell, or otherwise dispose of farmed fish.
