183Power of Minister to recommend declaration of taiapure-local fishery

  1. If a proposal for the establishment of a taiapure-local fishery has been made under section 177 and either any proceedings in relation to that proposal (including any proceedings taken under sections 180 to 182 in relation to that proposal) have been disposed of or the time for taking any such proceedings has expired, the Minister shall, if satisfied that a recommendation should be made under section 176(1), make that recommendation accordingly.
