87Review by courts

  1. No exercise or purported exercise by the Minister of any power conferred on the Minister by section 83(6) or section 86(2) shall be liable to be challenged, reviewed, quashed, or called into question in any court on the ground that the conditions for the exercise of the power by the Minister had not arisen or had ceased.
