Civil Aviation Act 1990

Aviation security

77H: Offence to carry out activity while authorisation withdrawn or after authorisation revoked

You could also call this:

"You can be punished for doing an activity without proper permission"

You can get in trouble if you do an activity that needs special permission when you're not allowed to. This can happen in two ways:

  1. If your permission has been taken away for a short time under section 77F(7)(d) or (e), and you do the activity during that time.

  2. If your permission has been completely cancelled under section 77G(4), and you still do the activity.

If you break this rule, you might have to pay a fine of up to $5,000.
