99B: Information to be supplied to Secretary

You could also call this:

“Sending required information to the government official”

If you are required by rules to share statements and information, you need to give these to the Secretary. You must give the Secretary a copy of everything you share with the public because of these rules. If the Secretary asks you in writing for more statements, reports, agreements, details, or other information to check if you’re following the rules, you need to give these within 30 days of getting the request.

When you give statements, reports, agreements, details, and information to the Secretary, you must also provide a statutory declaration. This is a special document where you promise that what you’re saying is true. The form of this declaration and who needs to sign it are set out in the rules.
