Civil Aviation Act 1990

International air services licensing - Suspension and revocation of licences

87ZC: Suspension of licences

You could also call this:

"You might lose your flying licence for a while if you break the rules"

If you have a licence given to you under this part of the law, the Minister can suspend it. This means you won't be able to use your licence for a while. The Minister can do this if they believe you have deliberately broken any of the rules that come with your licence. The Minister gets to decide how long your licence will be suspended for.
