“Minister decides if New Zealand airlines can fly overseas regularly”

The Minister is in charge of giving special licences to New Zealand airlines that want to fly internationally on a regular schedule. The Minister also has the power to make decisions about these licences according to the rules in this part of the law. This means that if you’re a New Zealand airline company and you want to start flying to other countries regularly, you need to ask the Minister for permission. The Minister will look at your request and decide if you can have a licence or not.
