Civil Aviation Act 1990

International air services licensing

87C: Application for licence

You could also call this:

“How to apply for a licence to run international air services”

If you want to get a licence for international air services, you need to follow these steps:

You must give your application to the Secretary. The Secretary is the person in charge of handling these applications.

When you apply, you have to do two things:

First, you need to give the Secretary all the information and papers they ask for. The rules about what you need to give are written in the law, or the Secretary might tell you what they need.

Second, you might have to pay some money. If there’s a fee for applying, you have to pay it when you give in your application.

Remember, it’s important to give all the right information and pay any fees, or your application might not be looked at.
