Civil Aviation Act 1990

Offences and penalties - Disqualification

60: Commencement of period of disqualification

You could also call this:

"When you're not allowed to have an aviation document starts"

When a court decides you can't have or get an aviation document, this is called disqualification. The time you're not allowed to have the document usually starts right away when the court makes its decision. However, the court can choose to make the disqualification start later if they want to. This rule helps you understand when you have to stop using your aviation document if the court says you can't have it anymore.
