52: Failure to maintain accurate records

52Failure to maintain accurate records

  1. Every person commits an offence who contravenes any provision of this Act or any rule made under this Act that requires that person—

  2. to make accurate entries in a record; or
    1. to maintain an accurate record; or
      1. to produce to the Authority or the Director an accurate record.
        1. Every person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable on conviction,—

        2. in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $5,000; or
          1. in the case of a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $30,000.
