Civil Aviation Act 1990

Domestic carriage by air

91ZG: Aggregation of damages

You could also call this:

"There's a limit on how much money you can get when you claim for damages in air travel"

When you claim money from more than one person or company for damages in domestic air travel, there's a limit to how much you can get in total. This limit applies even if you're claiming from both the air carriers and their workers. The workers must be doing their job when the incident happened. The total amount you can get is set by another part of the law, which is linked in the original text. You can't get more money than this limit, even if you add up all the claims against different people or companies.
