"Open aviation market licence holders can fly non-scheduled international flights without extra approval"

If you have an open aviation market licence, you can fly non-scheduled international flights without needing extra permission. This means you can carry passengers, cargo, or mail for payment to and from the countries or places that your licence allows. The countries or places you can fly to are written in your licence. You don't need to ask for special approval under section 87ZE to do these flights.
