ANZA mutual recognition - Australian AOCs with ANZA privileges

11B: Holder of Australian AOC with ANZA privileges entitled to conduct air operations in New Zealand

You could also call this:

“Australian air operators with special privileges can fly in New Zealand if they share information”

If you have an Australian AOC with ANZA privileges, you can operate flights to, from, or within New Zealand. To do this, you need to give the Director some information. You must provide a copy of your Australian AOC with ANZA privileges. You also need to give written notice about the conditions CASA has set for your privileges, your business addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers (if you have them), and email address (if you have one) in both Australia and New Zealand. You might need to provide other information too if it’s required. You also need to agree in writing that the Director can ask CASA about your flying activities and share information with them.

If anything changes in your Australian AOC with ANZA privileges or in the information you’ve given to the Director, you need to let the Director know within 7 days of the change happening.
