Civil Aviation Act 1990

Fees and charges

40: Payment of fees and charges

You could also call this:

"Rules about paying fees for aviation activities"

When you want to do something under this law, you need to pay all the fees and charges that are required. You must pay these fees when you apply, unless the rules say something different.

The rules can say when you need to pay these fees. They might give a specific date, or they might let the Authority decide when you need to pay.

The rules can also give you a discount if you pay early, or make you pay extra if you pay late. If they do this, they have to treat everyone the same way.
