46DFailure to provide information to Director relating to Australian AOCs with ANZA privileges

  1. Every person commits an offence who conducts an air operation in New Zealand while in breach of section 11B(1) or (2).

  2. Every person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable on conviction,—

  3. in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $5,000; or
    1. in the case of a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $25,000.
