Civil Aviation Act 1990

Domestic carriage by air

91V: Application of this Part

You could also call this:

“This part explains when the rules apply to flying within New Zealand”

This part of the law talks about air travel inside New Zealand. It applies when you’re flying from one place in New Zealand to another, and you’re not planning to stop anywhere outside the country. This is true even if the plane you’re on is also doing international flights, or if you didn’t pay for your ticket.

Remember, there’s another part of the law (section 91W) that might change how this part works, so you need to check that too.
