Civil Aviation Act 1990

Cape Town Convention and Aircraft Protocol

113: Director may not exercise certain powers

You could also call this:

"The Director of Civil Aviation can't use certain powers if it would go against other rules"

The Director of Civil Aviation cannot use any of their powers related to a certificate of registration if doing so would go against or interfere with any rights or obligations outlined in this part of the law. This means that even if the Director usually has the power to do something about a certificate of registration, they can't use that power if it would clash with what this part of the law says. It's like having a special rule that stops the Director from doing certain things, to make sure they don't accidentally break any other important rules or promises made in this part of the law.
