The law used to have a section that talked about what an infringement notice should look like. An infringement notice is a type of official warning or fine for breaking certain rules. However, this part of the law no longer exists. It was removed on 1 June 2004 by another law called the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 2004. This means that if you need to know about infringement notices now, you would need to look at other, more up-to-date parts of the law.
