This part of the law used to be about what happens when someone appeals a decision made by the Director. It was called 'Decision of Director to continue in force pending appeal, etc'. However, this section is no longer part of the law. It was removed on 1 June 2002. This means that if you're looking for information about what happens during an appeal, you'll need to look at other parts of the law or newer rules that have replaced this old section.
