Civil Aviation Act 1990

Offences and penalties - Disqualification

63: Particulars of disqualification orders, etc, to be sent to Director

You could also call this:

"The court tells the Director about changes to someone's flying permission"

When a court makes a decision about someone's aviation document, the court's registrar must tell the Director about it. This includes decisions to stop someone from having an aviation document, putting limits on their document, or removing limits that were there before. The Director needs to know about these decisions so they can keep track of who is allowed to do what in aviation.
