29Existing licences class 3 operators’ licences

  1. A licence issued under section 8 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977 (except for an existing gaming machine licence), or section 26, or section 35 of that Act becomes, and must be treated as if it were, a class 3 operator’s licence.
