46Application of Government Superannuation Fund Act 1956 to board members and employees
-
Despite anything in this Act, a person who, immediately before becoming an employee of the Lotteries Commission, is a contributor to the Government Superannuation Fund under Part 2 or Part 2A of the Government Superannuation Fund Act 1956 is to be treated for the purposes of that Act as being employed in the Government service so long as he or she continues to be an employee of the Commission, and—
- that Act applies to the person in all respects as if service as that employee were Government service; and
- for the purposes of that Act, the Commission is the controlling authority in relation to the person.
