If you are part of a society that runs a class 3 gambling activity, this section might affect you. You might be working with a licensed promoter who is supposed to help with the activity, but they are unable or unwilling to finish the job. In this situation, your society can ask the Secretary for help to figure out what to do next with the activity. You can ask the Secretary to let your society finish the activity, or to let your society run the activity on its own, or to let your society choose another licensed promoter to take over the activity. The Secretary will consider your request and make a decision about what your society can do with the activity.
