If you have a venue licence granted after a certain date, this law applies to you. You are a class 4 venue if section 92 does not apply to you and you got your licence after this law started. You must follow the rules about how many gaming machines you can have. A corporate society cannot operate more than a certain number of gaming machines at your venue, which is the greater of 9 machines or the number approved by the Minister under section 96. The government can make regulations to reduce the number of gaming machines allowed, using section 314(1)(a).
