283Payments of grants

  1. On receipt of any determination of a distribution committee or the Minister under section 282 approving a grant, the Secretary must—

  2. cause the amount of the grant to be paid in accordance with the terms of the approval; and
    1. notify the person to whom the grant is made of any terms or conditions attached to the grant, including any terms and conditions subsequently added to the grant under section 282(5).
