Gambling - Licensing of class 4 gambling - Net proceeds and costs of class 4 gambling

109: Annual review of criteria for distribution of net proceeds

You could also call this:

"Checking each year to make sure money is shared fairly in the community"

If you are part of a corporate society that gives most of its net proceeds to the community, you must review how you decide who gets this money at least once a year. You need to look at the rules, methods, and systems you use to consider applications for the money. This review helps you make sure you are being fair when you give out the net proceeds.
