Gambling - Licensing of casino gambling - General provisions

119: Requirements for casino gambling

You could also call this:

"Rules for running a casino legally in New Zealand"

To operate a casino, you must have a casino operator's licence. You can run a casino at a place if you also have a casino venue licence for that place. You can also run a casino if you have an agreement with someone who has a casino venue licence.

You need a casino operator's licence and either a casino venue licence or an agreement with someone who has one. This is so you can operate a casino legally. The law sets these rules for casino gambling.
