168Secretary must notify casino

  1. If the holder of a certificate of approval is employed in a casino or engaged by a casino licence holder, the Secretary must notify the holder of the relevant casino operator’s licence—

  2. if the certificate of approval is suspended or cancelled; and
    1. if an appeal is lodged; and
      1. of the outcome of an appeal.
