123: Directions as to operating casinos

"Rules for running a casino"

Illustration for Gambling Act 2003

The Authority can give directions about how casinos operate under section 70 of the Casino Control Act 1990. You must treat these directions as minimum operating standards, like the ones specified under section 141.

When the Authority gives these directions, they become important rules that casinos must follow.

However, these directions are not considered secondary legislation, even though section 141(3) might suggest otherwise.
