Gambling Act 2003

Gambling - Licensed promoters of class 3 gambling - Grant of licensed promoter’s licence

204: Secretary must keep register of licensed promoters

You could also call this:

"The government keeps a list of approved gambling promoters that you can ask to see."

The Secretary has to keep a record of all licensed promoters. You can think of this record as a list that includes the names and contact details of these promoters. The Secretary can keep this list on paper or on a computer, or use both ways.

The Secretary must make this record available for certain people to look at. These people include constables, who are police officers, and the public. This means that you can ask to see the record if you want to.

The record is an important part of the Gambling Act 2003, and it helps the Secretary keep track of who is licensed to promote gambling activities.
