You need to know about some rules that apply when the Gambling Act 2003 changed. These rules are about things like annual reports and how they are made. They also talk about what happens when some parts of the act changed. When the act changed, some things that happened before the change are still dealt with under the old rules. For example, if a corporate society did something before the change, they can choose to follow the old rules about publishing information. This is instead of following the new rules that came in with the change. There are also rules about agreements between venues and other parties. If these agreements are inconsistent with new regulations, they are deemed to be amended to be consistent. This means that any parts of the agreement that are not allowed under the new regulations are deleted or changed. You can find more information about these changes in sections like section 108 and section 110 of the principal Act.
