Gambling - Licensing of class 4 gambling - Grant of class 4 operator’s licence

53: Content and conditions of class 4 operator’s licence

You could also call this:

"What's on a class 4 gambling licence and the rules that come with it"

When you get a class 4 operator's licence, it must have some important information on it. This includes the name of the group that holds the licence, when it starts and ends, and what the money from gambling will be used for. The Secretary can also add other conditions to the licence. The Secretary can decide when the licence will expire, as long as it is not more than three years after it starts. The conditions on the licence might include things like how to stop people from getting into trouble with gambling, how to manage the gambling and the money from it, and how to make sure people know their chances of winning. If the Secretary wants to change or add conditions to the licence, they must tell the group that holds the licence about their right to appeal the decision and how to do it, which is explained in section 61.
