246Lotteries Commission may determine additional prizes

  1. The Lotteries Commission may, from time to time, determine additional prizes to be distributed in accordance with a New Zealand lottery to—

  2. prize winners in any New Zealand lottery; or
    1. any particular class of such prize winners determined by the Commission.
