If you are a certain type of person, you cannot gamble in a casino. You can only gamble if you are doing your job, and only as much as you need to do your job. The people who cannot gamble in a casino are members of the Gambling Commission, the Secretary, gambling inspectors, and some employees of the Department. If you break this rule, you can be fined up to $5,000 if you are found guilty, as stated in section 413 of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011.
