Gambling Act 2003

Gambling - Licensing of class 4 gambling - Territorial authority consent

103: Provision of information relating to class 4 venues in territorial authority district

You could also call this:

"Territorial authorities get information about gaming venues in their area"

When a territorial authority asks, the Secretary has to give them some information. You need to know that this information is about class 4 venues in the territorial authority's district. The Secretary must tell them the name and address of each corporate society that has a class 4 venue licence.

The Secretary also has to provide the name and address of each class 4 venue in the district. They must include the number of gaming machines that are allowed to operate at each venue. This information helps the territorial authority know what is happening in their district.
