48Surrender of class 3 operator’s licence

  1. A society may surrender a class 3 operator’s licence to the Secretary at any time.

  2. The surrender of a class 3 operator’s licence does not affect—

  3. the obligation of the society to apply or distribute the net proceeds from the gambling in accordance with this Act and the licence; and
    1. any conditions relating to records that must be maintained and reporting requirements.
