Gambling Act 2003

Harm prevention and minimisation, enforcement, and other matters - Other matters

369: Regulations relating to forms

You could also call this:

"Rules about filling out forms for the Gambling Act 2003"

The Governor-General can make regulations about forms for the Gambling Act 2003. You will need to follow these regulations when you apply for something under this Act. The regulations can say what information you need to provide and what the forms should look like.

The Governor-General can also make regulations about how documents are given to people and made public. This includes things like certificates of approval and warrants for gambling inspectors, which are appointed under section 331.

The regulations made under this section are a type of law called secondary legislation, which has its own rules for publication, as explained in Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019.
