Gambling Act 2003

Gambling - Licensing of class 3 gambling - Grant of class 3 operator’s licence

39: Significant changes in relation to class 3 operator’s licence must be notified

You could also call this:

"Tell us about big changes to your class 3 operator's licence"

If you have a class 3 operator's licence, you must tell the Secretary about any significant changes to the information you provided when you applied for the licence. You need to provide details of these changes. This includes changes to the information you gave when you applied for a new licence, or when you asked to renew or amend your existing licence. You must notify the Secretary before the changes happen, or as soon as possible after they occur. The Secretary can treat your notification like a new application for a class 3 operator's licence, using the same powers and rules that apply to applications, as outlined in section 36. The Secretary may ask you to apply to amend your licence, as described in section 42, or may suspend or cancel your licence, using the rules in sections 43 and 44, after you notify them of the changes.
