Illustration for Gambling Act 2003

If you have a casino, you must keep the gambling equipment inside the casino. The person in charge of the casino is responsible for keeping the equipment there. You need to follow this rule to operate a casino.

If you want to move some equipment out of the casino, you can ask the Secretary for permission. The Secretary can say yes, but only if you ask nicely and follow the rules. They can also let you take some equipment out of the casino for a little while.

The Secretary can add some extra rules if they say yes to your request. These rules might be about keeping the equipment safe or saying how long you can take it out of the casino. You have to follow these extra rules if you want to move your equipment.
