249Scrutiny of drawings and allocations

  1. The Secretary and the Auditor-General must exercise the scrutiny that they determine necessary—

  2. to ensure the security and proper operation of the equipment, processes, and procedures used in connection with the drawing of a New Zealand lottery or an allocation; and
    1. over the drawing and accuracy of the official results of New Zealand lotteries.
