Gambling - Licensing of class 4 gambling - Other matters

63: Surrender of class 4 operator’s licence

You could also call this:

"Giving back a class 4 gambling licence and what you still have to do"

If you have a class 4 operator's licence, you can give it back to the Secretary at any time. When you give back your licence, you still have to follow the rules about how to use the money you made from gambling. You also have to keep the right records and report what you are supposed to, even after you give back your licence.
