289Miscellaneous expenditure

  1. There may be paid out of the undistributed profits of New Zealand lotteries the amounts that the Minister approves—

  2. for any purposes in connection with the management, investment, and distribution of profits of New Zealand lotteries:
    1. for any research or investigation relating to New Zealand lotteries and other gambling activities:
      1. for the dissemination of information relating to the distribution of profits of New Zealand lotteries:
        1. for the administration of this subpart and subpart 2.
