Gambling Act 2003

Gambling - Licensing of casino gambling - Operation of casinos

173: On-licences under Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

You could also call this:

"Licence to sell alcohol in a casino"

If you have a casino, you need a special licence to sell alcohol. This licence is called an on-licence and it is granted under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. When you have this licence for a casino, it means you can sell alcohol to people to drink inside the casino when it is open and operating legally.
