198: Registrar and officers of court

You could also call this:

"Who helps run the Employment Court"

The chief executive can choose some employees to be Registrars of the Employment Court. You need to know that the chief executive can also appoint other officers to work at the court. The chief executive gets to decide how many employees are needed for these roles.

If an employee is chosen to be a Registrar, they can also have another job in the organisation or department, but they must follow the rules in section 153(6). This means they can have two roles at the same time. The rules in section 153(6) are important to consider in this situation.
