16Annual return of members

  1. A union must deliver to the Registrar of Unions, not later than 1 June in each calendar year, an annual return of members, stating how many members it had as at 1 March in that year.

  2. If a union has delivered, or will deliver, information required under this section to the Registrar of Screen Industry Organisations under section 85 of the Screen Industry Workers Act 2022, the union may permit the Registrar of Unions to obtain that information from the Registrar of Screen Industry Organisations.
