235AInterpretation

  1. In sections 235B to 235F,

    infringement fee in relation to an infringement offence, means the infringement fee for the offence specified in section 235E

      infringement offence means—

      1. a failure by an employer to comply with the requirements of section 64(1) or (2), 65(1)(a), or 130(1) of this Act or section 81(2) of the Holidays Act 2003:
        1. breaches of this Act that are prescribed by regulations as infringement offences:
          1. a failure by an employer to comply with a requirement made under section 229(1)(d) within the time period required by section 229(2A).
