7BDelegations made under clauses 2 and 3 of Schedule 6 of Public Service Act 2020 to persons who are not social workers

  1. A delegation made under clauses 2 and 3 of Schedule 6 of the Public Service Act 2020 by the chief executive of any of the functions or powers in the Act to a person who is not a social worker is subject to section 7D, and sections 7F and 7G apply to the delegation.
