You could also call this:

"Rules to keep you safe when you get support from a court"

Illustration for Oranga Tamariki Act 1989

If a court makes an order for you to get support, some conditions apply. You must let the support person visit you at any reasonable time. The support person is someone who helps you, like a social worker.

You cannot live with someone the support person says you should not live with. Your parents or guardians must tell the support person where you live at all times. If the court thinks you need care or protection, you cannot hang out with people the support person warns you about.

The support person can be someone the court chooses, or someone from an organisation that helps you. They can also be someone who the chief executive of Oranga Tamariki chooses to help you. The support person's job is to make sure you are safe and get the help you need.
