328Further provisions relating to lay advocate

  1. Subsections (2) and (3) of section 324 shall apply, with all necessary modifications, with respect to every lay advocate appointed under section 326(1) to appear in support of a child or young person in any proceedings as if that lay advocate were a youth advocate appointed to represent that child or young person in those proceedings.
